Male Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #13:
33 year old complaining of a large nasal dorsum, down turned nasal tip. He requested reduction of the nasal hump, and rotation and elevation of his nasal tip. Rhinoplasty Surgery reduced the bony dorsum/hump and the bridge was refined and re-projected using Dr. Slupchynskyj's custom carved silastic implant to raise the nasal dorsum, narrow the nasal bridge and refine the frontal angle. Furthermore, the nasal tip was re-projected and rotated using a nasal cartilage shield graft and nasal cartilage strut graft.
