Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #22:
25 year old of Caribbean descent who had a very low and broad nasal bridge, bulbous and fatty tip and wide nostrils. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed where the SLUPimplantTM was placed in the nasal dorsum, successfully elevating as well as narrowing the bridge. Nasal tip definition was achieved through a defatting technique, coupled with placement of a nasal strut graft and nasal shield grafts in order to further refine the nasal tip structures. Narrowing of nostril width was performed using a horizontal and vertical narrowing technique, giving the patient her desired results post-operatively. |
