Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #1:
24 year old model seeking African-American Ethnic Rhinoplasty Surgery to increase height of nasal bridge and height of naso-frontal angle and narrowing of nostrils and more definition in her tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed the Rhinoplasty Procedure using a custom carved silastic implant to raise the dorsum and nasal frontal angle. Implants for each patient are custom carved using a propriety shape called the SLUPimplantTM. Further refinement of the tip was created using cartilage strut and shield grafts. The nostrils were narrowed through a nostril narrowing technique using vertical and horizontal dimension. The results show a more pleasing nasal dorsum, refinement of the tip structures with more rotation and definition, as well as reduction in the width of her nostrils. |
