Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #27:
28 year old complaining of low bridge, fatty tip and slightly wide nostrils. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed where insertion of the custom carved silastic implant achieved a higher and stronger bridge. Osteotomies further narrowed the nasal bones. Nasal tip surgery included tip defatting, a vertical dome division technique and cephalic strip. Multiple cartilage grafts further refined and supported the tip. |
