Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #16:
22 year old who complained of a wide nose or bridge, down turned tip and wide nostrils. This patient had a custom carved implant placed in her dorsum to elevate her nasal bridge and frontal angle. Her nasal tip was sculpted and lifted through a reduction of tip cartilage, cephalic strip and a vertical dome division technique as well as placement of a cartilage strut graft. Nostril narrowing was achieved using a vertical and horizontal nostril narrowing technique. |
