Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #20:
26 year old requesting bridge augmentation and narrowing, tip refinement and nostril narrowing. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed where the SLUPimplanTM was placed in the nasal dorsum, successfully raising the bridge height and decreasing the width of the nose. Nasal tip definition was achieved using a tip defatting technique, coupled with placement of a nasal strut graft and nasal shield grafts to further refine the nasal tip structures. Narrowing of nostril width was performed using a horizontal and vertical narrowing technique, all restoring a sculpted and aesthetically pleasing look. |
