Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #19:
24 year old requesting Ethnic Rhinoplasty to narrow her nose width, raise her nasal frontal angle and refine her tip. Rhinoplasty was performed with placement of a small custom carved silastic implant in her dorsum to elevate the frontal angle and to straighten the dorsum. Definition of the tip was achieved using cartilage shield and strut graft. Reduction of alar width was performed using a vertical and horizontal nostril narrowing technique. |
