Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #23:
This patient had a previous Rhinoplasty from another surgeon who unsuccessfully attempted to refine her tip, raise her bridge and narrow her nasal bones and nostrils. She underwent a Revision Ethnic Rhinoplasty Procedure where SLUPimplantTM, Dr. Slupchynskyj's custom implant, was placed in the dorsum raising the bridge and redefining dorsal definition. The nasal tip was defatted and reconstructed using a cartilage strut and shield graft for added support, lift and definition. A horizontal nasal narrowing technique was also performed. This patient is very pleased post operatively as Dr. Slupchynskyj achieved the results she wanted in the first place, even with limited results being expected based upon scar tissue from the previous surgery with another surgeon. |
