Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #25:
24 year old complaining of a flat and low nasal bridge, bulbous tip and wide nostrils. Bridge augmentation was achieved through placement of Dr. Slupchynskyj's custom carved implant. The bulbosity of the nasal tip was reduced through removal of fatty tissue and placement of a nasal strut graft for further support and definition of her tip. The alar base was reduced with a vertical nostril narrowing technique. The results are dramatic yet understated and preserve the patients ethnic features, as she so desired. |
