Ethnic Hispanic Rhinoplasty
25 year old Hispanic Female who was looking for Ethnic – Hispanic Rhinoplasty. She complained about a bulbous tip, under-rotated droopy tip, long nose and a slight depression in the naso-frontal angle. She chose Dr. Slupchynskyj because of his expertise in Rhinoplasty and Hispanic – Ethnic Rhinoplasty. She also wanted a slight augmentation of her nasal dorsum with the custom carved SLUPimplant™.
Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty using his proprietary ethnic rhinoplasty technique, carving a custom silicone implant for slight dorsal elevation. The tip was refined using a vertical dome division, cephalic strip, intracrural strut and shield graft. The dorsal nasal bone slightly rasped and sculpted to receive the custom carved silicone implant. The patient is 6 weeks post-op in her photos. |
