Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #18:
22 year old of Caribbean descent with a broad and low dorsum, and wide nostrils. This patient requested bridge augmentation, nostril width reduction and tip refinement. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed where the SLUPimplantTM, was placed in the nasal dorsum, successfully raising the bridge height and decreasing the width of the nose. Her nasal tip was defatted of excess tissue, and then repositioned using cartilage strut and shield grafts all of which resulted in more definition, lift and projection. A slight nostril narrowing was also performed. |
