Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #9:
55 year old requesting African-American Ethnic Rhinoplasty to reverse the hump in her nasal dorsal bridge from a previous surgery with another surgeon, as well as further redefine her nasal tip. From the profile, you can see there is dorsal height, which she wanted reduced and refined. This patient did not request nostril narrowing. Rhinoplasty Surgery reduced the nasal cartilage hump through a shave technique and the bridge was re-augmented and refined through placement of the SLUPimplanTM, the custom carved silastic implant, in her dorsum. The nasal tip was re-supported, lifted and defined using cartilage shield and strut grafts. |
