Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #6:


25 year old complaining of a low, flat nasal bridge, poorly defined tip and wide nostrils. This patient underwent African-American Ethnic Rhinoplasty Surgery through an open approach where the nasal bridge was refined and augmented using the SLUPimplanTM, Dr. Slupchynskyj's custom carved implant. Nasal tip surgery included defatting of the nasal tissue, and placement of cartilage strut and cartilage shield grafts to support and redefine the nasal tip structures. Nostril narrowing was performed using a combination of horizontal and vertical procedures.
