Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #14:
26 year old requesting augmentation of her nasal bridge and naso-frontal angle, as well as refinement of the tip and mild narrowing of the nasal nostrils. A custom carved silastic SLUPimplanTM was placed in the dorsum, which achieved the desired elevation and narrowing of her bridge. Placing cartilage strut and cartilage shield grafts brought adequate lift, projection and refinement to her nasal tip. A mild intranasal nostril narrowing technique was performed to reduce nostril width. |
