Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #13:
Set of twins who requested bridge augmentation as well as nostril width reduction. Both patients requested a more aquiline appearance. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed Open Rhinoplasty placing a custom made silicone implant, known as the SLUPimplanTM, to elevate and narrow the bridge and the naso-frontal angle. Nasal tip definition was achieved using a tip defatting technique, coupled with placement of a nasal strut graft and nasal shield grafts to further refine the nasal tip structures. Narrowing of nostril width was performed using a horizontal and vertical narrowing technique. Both patients are happy they have their desired results. |
