Female Ethnic Rhinoplasty Patient #10:
25 year old complaining of low bridge, bulbous tip and slightly wide nostrils. This patient had dorsal bridge augmentation using a Dr. Slupchynskyj's custom carved silastic implant, the SLUPimplanTM, to raise the bridge height and frontal nasal angle. In addition, the patient had a vertical dome division procedure for redefinition of the nasal tip, defatting of the fibro fatty nasal tip tissue and placement of cartilage strut and shield graft for support of the nasal tip structures. A slight horizontal nostril narrowing technique was performed to reduce nostril width. |
