45 year old Hispanic female from Brazil who had her first Rhinoplasty Surgery in 2006 with another doctor. She was not happy with the results so had a Revision Surgery in 2010 with the same surgeon. After her second Revision Rhinoplasty with the other doctor, she was still very unhappy with her nose and was still complaining of a bulbous tip, ill defined bridge as well as Pollybeak Deformity. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Advanced Open Revision Rhinoplasty, debulking the bulbous tip while removing scar tissue and fatty tissue. This much improved her tip and corrected the Pollybeak Deformity. Custom carved cartilage grafts were also placed in the tip for reduction of the bulbous tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj placed a custom carved silastic implant, SLUPimplant™, to raise the bridge and nasofrontal angle. TheSLUPimplant™ further refined her nose by both adding height and narrowing the bridge at the same time. The patient is very pleased with her results.
