50 year old Ethnic Asian male who underwent a previous Rhinoplasty with another surgeon utilizing an L-shaped implant. This implant became infected, resulting in implant extrusion through the nasal tip. The tip subsequently healed with a noticeable indent or dimple in the tip. The patient also suffered 2 additional complications with a deviated bridge and Pollybeak Deformity. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed Revision Rhinoplasty, and reconstructed the pinched nasal tip, removing the dimple. He reconstructed the nasal dorsum with the customized silicone SLUPimplant™. Septal cartilage grafts were used to reconstruct the tip in order to restore normal aesthetic nasal anatomy.
