53 year old African-American patient who underwent a Primary Rhinoplasty with another surgeon in 2010 resulting in the following complications: 1.) iatrogenic bulbous tip, 2.) irregular dorsal hump, 3.) ptotic or drooping tip. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Revision Rhinoplasty with complex reconstruction of the nasal tip, cartilage shield and strut grafts, setpal cartilage extension graft, and placement of his custom carved SLUPimplant™. This patient is 6 months post-operative in the after photos.
