Revision Rhinoplasty in Ethnic Patients:
Pollybeak Deformity and Persistent Bulbous Tip

In this paper, a review of 28 Ethnic patients that underwent Revision Rhinoplasty,
the most common indication for Revision Rhinoplasty was Pollybeak Deformity and
Persistent Bulbous Tip. These patients were treated by Dr. Slupchynskyj, using septal
cartilage grafts, as well as custom carved silicone implants with good results, reversing
Pollybeak Deformity and Bulbous Tip Deformity.
